Lycogala epidendrum

Wolf’s Milk is a species of plasmodial slime mould (myxomycete) that excretes a pink to orange paste when popped. Myxomycetes were once thought to be animals, then fungi, but are now regarded closer to protozoa – single-celled organisms.
